2km Orano Jackrabbit Glide
Start: 11 a.m. Saturday March 7th, 2020
Even the youngest skiers can take part in the fun and excitement of the Saskaloppet with our mascot, Ragnar the Raven. Hot dogs and drinks will be at Peanut Grove located near the finish line. The Jackrabbit Glide starts and finishes at the Nut Point Campground. Parents or chaperones are responsible for transporting Jackrabbit skiers to the start line at the campground. Ample vehicle parking is available in a parking lot adjacent to the start/finish line.

5km Orano Lake Challenge
Start: 10 a.m. Saturday March 7th, 2020
Skiers wanting to see just a bit more of Lac La Ronge can sign up for the Lake Challenge. Skiers in the 5 km start at the Legion and end at Nut Point. Free bus service back to Legion will be available to enjoy a satisfying chili lunch and bannock or feel free to enjoy a hot dog and some munchies with the other Jackrabbits at the Nut Point finish line.

12km Eagle Point Precambrian Passage
Start: 10 a.m. Saturday March 7th, 2020
Novice loppeters or those out for a shorter day will enjoy this tour through the boreal forest to Checkpoint 1 and back for a hot bowl of chili.

20km Air Ronge Challenge
Start: 10 a.m. Saturday March 7th, 2020
Skiiers in the Air Ronge Challenge will travel to Checkpoint 2 on Nut Bay. They will then retrace their route home to La Ronge and a hot bowl of chili.

35km Lac la Ronge Indian Band Raven's Tradition
Start: 10 a.m. Saturday March 7th, 2020
Test yourself on the moderately challenging section of the Saskaloppet Trails, with ravens as your guide to Checkpoint 3. Retrace your route back to La Ronge for a well-deserved hot bowl of chili.

56km SaskEnergy Enduro
Start: 8:30 a.m. Saturday March 7th, 2020
The SaskEnergy Enduro is the Saskaloppet's main event meant to attract the physically fit and/or determined loppeteer. Enduros travel 24km north to reach the Don Allen Trails where they will ski an 8km loop that will bring them to "the Summit". After enjoying the Summit's grand view of Lac La Ronge, they will have a good downhill run that starts them on their journey home

52km and 77km Robertson Trading Kupesewin Events
Start: 12:30 p.m. Friday March 6th, 2020
The Cree word kupesewin means "stop-over". The Kupesewin events are 2 day events that allow endurance skiers to recreate the experiences of early winter travellers with an overnight, wilderness camp-out.
The Kupesewin events are limited to the first 25 registered skiers combined.
